§ 51.26 APPLICATION.
   An application for a sewer connection permit shall be made in writing upon a form to be furnished by the Director of Public Works giving such information as he may require, and accompanied by the required fee. If it appears that the provisions of this subchapter will be complied with and guaranteed, the Director shall issue the permit.
