§ 40.01 CAMPAIGN FINANCE REFORM. 
   Chapter 40 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code shall be interpreted in a manner which is consistent with the Political Reform Act of 1974 and the amendments pursuant thereto. Specifically, California Government Code § 85702.5 adopted pursuant to AB No. 571 effective January 1, 2020 and thereafter operative on January 1, 2021.
