(A) It shall hereafter be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to park, or cause to be parked, any vehicle on Market Street in the city, in the center, or at any place on said street other than parked in accordance with parking lines marked on said street so as to provide each vehicle with a certain amount of space for the right front wheel of said vehicle to be resting against the curb of said street.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions less than $1, nor more than $100, and each violation thereof shall be and is hereby declared to be a distinct and separate offense and punishable as such.
