(A) It shall hereafter be illegal for any pedestrian to cross Market Street in the city at any point other than within a marked crosswalk, or within a continuation of imaginary lines being a continuation of any sidewalk running parallel to Market Street or entering Market Street at right angles thereto.
(B) Any person violating any of the provisions of this schedule shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in any sum not less than $100 and each violation thereof shall be and hereby is declared to be a distinct and separate offense and punishable as such.
