§ 70.069  AUTHORIZED EMERGENCY VEHICLES TO HAVE RIGHT-OF-WAY.
   Police, fire department, public service companies, United States mail vehicles, ambulances and other authorized emergency vehicles shall have the right-of-way on any street and through any procession, when in the regular course of their proper duty.
