§ 93.12  FARM ANIMALS AND LIVESTOCK.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to possess, harbor or keep any farm animal or livestock within 100 feet of a hospital, restaurant, church or nursing home.
   (B)   The animal control authority may remove any farm animal and/or livestock found to be in violation of this section, chapter or other laws regulating farm animals.
