§152.43 RECREATIONAL VEHICLE PROHIBITIONS
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or entity to park, place or allow any type of recreational vehicle on any public street, alley, sidewalk, highway or public property within the city for a period of more than 36 continuous hours, and the presence of such recreational vehicle upon any public street, alley, sidewalk, highway or property after the expiration of such 36-hour period is hereby declared illegal, to be a public nuisance, and subject to removal by the city.
   (B)   The shall be unlawful for any person, firm or entity to park or permit the parking of a recreational vehicle on any lot or tract of land within the city limits of the City of Baird, whenever such recreational vehicle is being used or occupied as a residence. This prohibition shall not apply to a recreational vehicle which is located in a duly permitted mobile home park.
   (C)   The City Administrator may issue a temporary one-week permit to the property owner, allowing the parking, placement or occupancy of a recreational vehicle on any lot or tract of land within the city limits currently being occupied as a residential dwelling when it is determined that such temporary occupancy would have no signifigant impact on surrounding properties and sufficient grounds are shown therefor. After the seventh day, a temporary permit fee of $50 may be charged. All periods expected to extend longer than two weeks must be approved and permitted by City Council.
