§ 152.27  FINALIZED PLACEMENT PERMIT REQUIRED FOR OCCUPANCY.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to use or occupy in whole or in part any manufactured home which has been placed or replaced on a single lot within the incorporated city limits of the city until and unless the placement permit therefore has been issued and finalized.
