§ 152.20  STANDARDS OF TRANSPORTATION AND INSTALLATION.
   (A)   A mobile home mover must be permitted by the Texas Department of Transportation in accordance with the laws of the state.
   (B)   Only an installer who is licensed by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs may install a mobile home in accordance with the laws of the state.
