§ 151.09  NO UTILITIES TO VACANT DWELLINGS.
   No water, gas, electricity or sewer services shall be provided to any structure found to be an unsafe substandard structure which is or becomes vacant until such structure has been brought into compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
