§ 151.06  ABATEMENT OF STRUCTURES CONSTITUTING CLEAR AND PRESENT DANGER TO PUBLIC.
   Notwithstanding all other provisions of this chapter, nothing herein shall be deemed a limitation on the duty of the city to summarily order the demolition of any vacant structure where it is apparent that the immediate demolition of such structure is necessary for the preservation of life and property in the city.
