§ 151.05  COMMERCIAL UNSAFE SUBSTANDARD STRUCTURES.
   All commercial unsafe substandard structures shall be repaired or replaced to comply with the 2009 International Building Code and the 2009 International Existing Building Code as required for existing buildings.
