§ 132.02  VIOLATIONS; USE, POSSESSION AND THE LIKE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to use, possess, purchase, barter, give, publicly display, sell or offer for sale any illegal smoking product.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to use or possess an ingestion device with the intent to inject, ingest, inhale or otherwise introduce into the human body any illegal smoking product.
