§ 113.99  PENALTY.
   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine of not more than $250. Each transaction in violation of any of the provisions hereof shall be deemed a separate offense.
