§ 110.03  FORM OF LICENSE; SIGNATURES.
   (A)   Forms for all licenses, permits, and applications therefor shall be prepared and kept on file by the Clerk.
   (B)   Each license or permit issued shall bear the signature of the Clerk, in the absence of any specific provisions to the contrary.
