§ 93.07  VICIOUS ANIMALS.
   A vicious animal, as defined in this chapter, shall not be allowed in the city limits. Any vicious animal found in the city shall be removed immediately by order of the animal control authority. If the owner of the vicious animal fails to remove such animal, the animal control authority may have such animal impounded and/or destroyed.
