§ 92.03 FIRE ZONE.

   (A)   The Fire Zone of the city is on Market Street from 1st Street to 4th Street and from the alley on East and West Market Street.

   (B)   Each structure shall be a permanent building with concrete floor and materials as follows:

      (1)   Attractive type metal with steel frames, or brick, rock or tile walls;

      (2)   Walls shall be eight inches thick or shall be eight inches between the building next to it;

      (3)   All wiring shall be in conduit with wire size to meet state code; and

      (4)   All plumbing shall comply with the State Plumbing Code.

   (C)   The Fire Marshal and the City Secretary shall be the inspectors on the buildings.
