The city’s Volunteer Fire Department rendering services shall be authorized to collect all fees for fire prevention and protection services and for other public safety in emergency services. Such fees may include an income for all equipment, materials, maintenance and overhead expenses and costs of whatever nature which all constitutes full reimbursement to the city’s Volunteer Fire Department for such services actually rendered.
