§ 90.07  HEARING ON NUISANCE.
   A public hearing must be held prior to the abatement of the nuisance by the city only if such a hearing is requested by the owner or occupant of the property upon which such nuisance exists or by the person causing or maintaining the nuisance. The hearing shall be held before the City Council. The City Council shall determine at the hearing whether or not a nuisance exists. If a nuisance is found to exist, the City Council may order the abatement of the nuisance and assess any penalties as provided for under this chapter. Any ruling or order by the City Council at this hearing shall become final unless appealed within ten days to a competent court of law of the state.
