§ 33.08  ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT INCOME TAX FUND.
   (A)   The town shall establish a fund designated as the Town of Bainbridge Economic Development Income Tax Fund and be further designated as Account No. 447.
   (B)   The Clerk-Treasurer shall be authorized to disburse these funds pursuant to the Capital Improvement Plan adopted pursuant to I.C. 6-3.5-7-15.
