§ 33.05  FIREARMS TRAINING FUND.
   (A)   There is established a Firearms Training Fund for the Bainbridge Police Department.
   (B)   Fees collected pursuant to I.C. 35-47-2-3 shall be deposited therein.
   (C)   Accounts and expenditures shall be consistent with the rules and regulations established by the State Board of Accounts.
