§ 32.095  CONDUCT UNBECOMING TO AN OFFICER; VIOLATION OF RULES.
   Officers shall not commit any or omit any acts which constitute a violation of any of the rules, regulations, directives, or orders of the Department, whether stated in the general order or elsewhere. Violation of any of the rules contained in the Manual of Policies and Procedures contained in this subchapter may be grounds for discharge, suspension, or demotion of the employee.
