§ 32.056  NEWS DISSEMINATION CONCERNING JUVENILES.
   News dissemination concerning a juvenile’s identity is prohibited with these exceptions:
   (A)   Where the juvenile is of legal driving age and has committed a minor traffic violation; and
   (B)   In serious felony violations where the juvenile status is waived.
