§ 32.050 POLICIES AND PROCEDURES ESTABLISHED.

These rules and regulations are promulgated pursuant to the authority of I.C. 36-8-3-4, which provides that the Town Council of Bainbridge may make general and special rules and regulations for the government and discipline of the Police Department.
