§ 32.001  APPOINTMENT, COMPENSATION, TENURE OF TOWN MARSHAL.
   (A)   The Town Council shall appoint a Town Marshal and shall fix his or her compensation.
   (B)   The Town Marshal serves at the pleasure of the Town Council and is subject to the minimum basic training requirements.
