(A) The following other agencies and offices of the town are recognized:
(1) Town Attorney;
(2) Utility Service Board;
(3) Parks and Recreation Board;
(4) Planning Commission;
(5) Board of Zoning Appeals.
(B) Each agency and/or office of the town shall carry out the duties assigned to it by applicable state law, and duties and responsibilities assigned to it by the Town Council to carry out effectively the needs and services of the town.
