§ 31.36  WAGES AND BENEFITS FOR UTILITY EMPLOYEES.
   (A)   The Utility Board shall fix the number and compensation of employees pursuant to the provisions of I.C. 8-1.5-3-4, as it may be amended from time to time.
   (B)   Benefits are outlined in the “Employee Handbook”, Ord. 2007-1, that is effective April 1, 2007.
