§ 31.31  TERMS OF BOARD MEMBERS.
   The appointments made by the President of the Town Council to the initial Board shall be 1 appointment to serve for 1 year and 1 appointment to serve for 2 years and the first appointee of the Town Council shall serve for 3 years.  All subsequent appointees shall serve for a term of 4 years.
