§ 31.19 BOARD’S POWERS AND DUTIES.

   The Parks and Recreation Board shall:

   (A)   Have charge of all parks and recreational facilities within the town;

   (B)   Make any and all necessary rules and regulations for the proper management and governance of the parks and recreational facilities of the town; and

   (C)   Have all powers and duties granted by I.C. 36-10-3-10, as amended.
