§ 31.17 CITIZEN MEMBERS APPOINTED BY COUNCIL.

   (A)   The Town Council shall appoint 4 citizen members:

      (1)   One member for a term of 1 year;

      (2)   One member for a term of 2 years;

      (3)   One member for a term of 3 years; and

      (4)   One member for a term of 4 years.

   (B)   As a term expires, each new appointment is for a 4-year term.  All terms expire on the first Monday in January, but a member continues in office until his or her successor is appointed.
