§ 31.04   DEPUTIES AND EMPLOYEES.
   (A)   The Clerk-Treasurer may appoint the number of deputies and employees authorized by the Town Council.
   (B)   Deputies and employees so hired serve at the pleasure of the Clerk-Treasurer.
