§ 30.37  TOWN CLERK-TREASURER AUTHORIZED TO BREAK TIES.
   The Town Clerk-Treasurer is the Clerk of the Town Council.  Whenever there is a tie vote for any particular issue, the Clerk-Treasurer is an ex officio member for the purpose of casting the deciding vote to break a tie.
