§ 153.17  POWERS AND DUTIES OF THE PLAN COMMISSION.
   The Plan Commission shall be vested with those duties and powers as set forth in I.C. 36-7-4 , as amended, which shall include the establishment of a comprehensive plan and the recommendations for planning and zoning.
