§ 111.01  FRANCHISES GENERALLY; TOWN COUNCIL ACTION REQUIRED.
   Before a business may do business within the Town of Bainbridge pursuant to a franchise agreement addressing rates, service areas, and related items, a resolution approving the franchise will be required from the Town Council.
