A 10-day written notice to remove the weeds or other rank vegetation shall be issued by the Clerk- Treasurer of the Town and the same shall be served by the Town Marshal upon the landowner, if he or she be a resident, or by registered mail addressed to his or her last known address, if he or she be a nonresident.
