(A) The Council divides the town into the following 3 wards (districts) for the purpose of conducting elections of town officers:
Ward No. 1: All that part of the Bainbridge town corporation lying north of the north right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 36 (Pat Rady Way).
Ward No. 2: All that part of the Bainbridge town corporation lying south of the south right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 36 (Pat Rady Way) and east of the east line of Washington Street.
Ward No. 3: All that part of the Bainbridge town corporation lying south of the south right-of-way line of U.S. Highway No. 36 (Pat Rady Way) and west of the west line of Washington Street.

(B) Notice of change in ward boundaries shall be given by posting at least 3 of the notices in each of the 3 redistricted wards.
