(A) Unless otherwise provided, any owner violating any of the provisions of this chapter may be subject to a fine of not less than $25 and $50 for each subsequent offense occurring in the same calendar year. Each day of violation shall be a separate punishable offense.

(B) Violation of § 91.11 shall be a fine of $50 for the first violation, with each subsequent violation being subject to a fine not to exceed $2,500.
