§ 73.03  ADOPTION OF RULES, PROCEDURES AND DEFINITIONS BY REFERENCE.
   (A)   Statutory provisions I.C. 9-22-1 are incorporated by reference.  All proceedings within the town for the tagging, towing, storage and/or disposal of abandoned vehicles shall be governed by that law and the provisions of this chapter. 
   (B)   In the event the provisions of this chapter conflict with the provisions of I.C. 9-22-1, then the provisions of the state statute shall control.
