(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
(B) Any person who violates the provisions of § 72.01 and any person who aids, abets, or assists therein, commits a Class D ordinance violation and shall be fined in a sum of $25 for the initial violation and $50 for each subsequent offense or violation occurring in the same calendar year.

(C) Any person violating any of the provisions of § 72.02 commits a Class E ordinance violation and shall be fined in a sum of $25 for the initial violation and $50 for each subsequent offense or violation occurring in the same calendar year.

(D) Any person who violates any of the provisions of § 72.03 and any person who aids, abets, or assists therein, commits a Class D ordinance violation and shall be fined $25 for all initial violations and $50 for each subsequent offense or violation occurring in the same calendar year.
