§ 53.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
   (B)   (1)   Any person found to be violating any provision of §§ 53.01 through 53.21 except provisions covered under § 53.16 shall be served by the town with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof.  The offender shall, within the period of time stated in the notice, permanently cease all violations.
      (2)   Any person who shall continue any violations beyond the time limit provided for in division (A) of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in an amount not exceeding $500 for each violation.  Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
      (3)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 53.01 through 53.21  shall become liable to the town for any expense, loss or damage occasioned the town by reason of that violation.

   (C)   Any person found to be violating §§ 53.02(B) and (C) and § 53.04(H) shall be subject to a penalty not to exceed $100 per day, per billing account.
