§ 10.18  CODES AS PROPERTY OF THE TOWN.
   All copies of the Bainbridge Town Code except those sold by the town to private individuals or given or sold to the public library shall be the property of the Town of Bainbridge.  Any Bainbridge Town Codes delivered to elected or appointed officials shall not be retained by those individuals after the expiration of their term(s) of office or appointment.
