(A) There shall be and there are established for the use of and service rendered by the Municipal Gas Utility of the Town of Bainbridge, Indiana except as otherwise may be provided by contract, the following rates and charges, based upon the amount of gas supplied during each monthly billing period:

Large meter service | $12.92 per month |
(B) For customers seeking utility service in areas outside the corporate limits, the customer shall be billed at his or her usage on rates in accordance with the town’s contract with its providers.
