§ 51.03  QUARTERLY RATE ADJUSTMENTS.
   The Town of Bainbridge Electric Utility shall apply quarterly rate adjustments to the rates set out above in an amount equivalent to the increases or decreases established by the Indiana Municipal Power Agency using its Economic Cost Adjustment factors, pursuant to the town’s power Sales Contract with the Agency.
