(A) The following rates are adopted for the customers seeking utility service, in areas not previously served, inside the corporate limits:
(1) Access fees.

Gas | $400 for 100 feet from the town’s distribution line; with additional amounts to be at the rate payer’s expense. If the utility provides the additional line, the charge will be at time and material rates |
Sewer & Water | Installation must be completed by a licensed contractor, who is approved by the utility’s superintendent, at the customer’s expense |
