§ 50.015  RECORDS OF METERS AND METER TESTS.
   (A)   Meter test records. Whenever any meter in service is tested, a record shall be preserved containing the information necessary for the identification of the meter, the reason for making the test, the reading of the meter before the test and the result of the test, together with all data taken at the time of the test.
   (B)   Meter record.  Permanent records shall be kept, systematically arranged, giving the following information:  year of purchase, identification number, month and year out into service, month and year taken out of service, and a result of any test on the meter with the dates and general test results.
