(A) The Council President is authorized to execute for and on behalf of this body a membership agreement in the Indiana Public Employers’ Plan, Inc. (“Plan”), and provide and execute any other documents as may be necessary to affect membership in and the purposes of the Plan.

(B) The Fiscal Officer of the town is authorized to pay or cause to be paid any and all amounts required of the Plan in order to affect membership in and the purposes of the Plan, subject to the prior appropriation of the amounts by the body.
