§ 34.02  BAD OR NSF CHECKS.
   (A)   There will be a $25 charge on any personal or business check that is returned by the bank for insufficient funds, closed account or any other reason.
   (B)   The Utility Service Board reserves the right that future payments may be requested in cash, certified check, or money order.
