§ 33.09  FUNDS FROM COUNTY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT INCOME TAX.
   (A)   The Town of Bainbridge will have available to it funds collected from the County Economic Development Income Tax.
   (B)   Statute I.C. 6-3.5-7-15 requires the adoption of a Capital Improvement Plan.
   (C)   The Town of Bainbridge established an Economic Development Income Tax Capital Improvement Plan which is on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer and available for public inspection during regular business hours.
