§ 130.05 BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENT RESPONSIBILITY.
   It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation operating a place of business or amusement to allow or permit any minor to be in or upon, or to remain in or upon the premises of such place of business or amusement within the curfew hours set by § 130.02 of this chapter, except as provided in § 130.03 of this chapter.
