§ 113.04 SOLICITATION OF CONTRIBUTIONS FROM THE PUBLIC.
   Nothing in this chapter shall prohibit any licensed non-profit agency holding § 501(c)3 status from soliciting funds in the non-residential zoning district with permission from the owner of said premises. No door to door solicitations are allowed in the residential districts without express prior communication from the resident.
